Staff was rude!!!! Nothing Dirty, outlets not working,hair dryer broken,no soap in rooms smelled of pot. Bed saged,floors wet.hall way gross

Basic hotel, in need of maintenance Room was in need of basic maintenance. The towel rod fell out of the wall when we hung a towel. The lighting next to the beds needed to be tightened to the wall (started to pull away from wall.) The beds were squeaky. We let told the front desk staff about the towel rod and lighting. Beautiful landscaping outside, close to airport so it was an easy first night for our late arrival. I paid over 500. On the 23rd i expected a nice clean room Beds air conditioning none of the wall plug worked so we couldn't charge our phone no hair dryers la quanta east Miami Staff felt no urgency to stop the people that where smoking pot and stinking up my room hall way was terrible. It make me feel sick. And unfortunately we are to come back on the 30 th.

Mistreatment/ worthless front desk receptionist Kattia was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She talked to me in a very rude way and offer no options for me. my reservation would not pop on their screen, she basically told me that I did nothing and I didn’t have any option but to leave. mistreated me and my group. this woman should be fired ASAP.
