Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is in very bad condition. I don't even understand how they have permission to operate from the city. The free breakfast was decent especially after they repaired the waffle machine. The breakfast nook is decent but some of the items provided left a lot to be desired; a good example would be the dinky little cocktail napkins provided, when I pointed their size out to the management, the women told me it was corporate. Muss wirklich nicht sein Da es das frühstück ab 6 Uhr Gab und wir jedoch um 5 Uhr am Flughafen seien mussten, können wir über das Frühstück nichts sagen. Wirhatten jedoch extra dieses Hotel mitPoolgebucht, um nach derRundfahrt noch einmal einspringen zu können, insbesondere für unseren kleinen Sohn war das wichtig. Fair Lobby is very small as well as the place to have breakfast. There are a lot of people during breakfast and not enough place to seat. There are long lines to get sth. to eat what is inconvenient if you have a flight in the morning. Close to the airport, free shattle bus.
