We booked for six nights but only stayed one night. We did get back our refund of 5 nights which was The hotel didn’t feel clean at all. A strong smell of weed , no microwave or fridge in the room The staff was great

Overall displeased and will not return. The room was not properly cleaned. Trash under the bed-wrappers, chapstick. The microwave was not clean. Small to medium size roaches were found behind microwave with crums, roach eggs. Bathroom was not extremely clean. The hallway steps smelled extremely strong with urine. Carpet was saturated on third floor. Ice machines were all broken except for fourth floor. It was expressed to staff that urine was in elevator and instead of temporarily closing it until cleaned. Disappointing Too much riff raft. People smoking marijuana stunk up basically the first floor. Other hotels had security outside and inside but this one seemed not to Close to airport

Very Poor El hotel tenía cucarachas, areas comunes sucias, la atención no era buena, no colocaron cambio de sabanas o toallas ningún dia. La ubicación.

I do not recommend due to roaches and uncleanliness. The bathroom toilet was not flushing well, shower walls and bathroom walls had someone’s else’s hair on them, cockroaches on walls and by vents, and stains on walls. Location close to airport is only thing I liked.

Bad The rooms are not what they seem on the pictures, really dirty bathroom , there was trash behind the toilet, the towels were stain and full of hairs. They bed you could tell wasn’t changed. I was really disappointed, it made my stay horrible, the lady that was checking in before me came back to the lobby with picture of the room they gave her , the from wasn’t even ready was still the same the last guest left it.

Fair The staff was really unpolished. When I booked this hotel it was informed that there was a transfer from MIA to the hotel. When I arrive at the MIA didn't have this transfer. I need to pay for a taxi.

Decepción Las instalaciones, por lo menos del primer piso, con olor a orine de animal, la alfombra de la habitación también estaba con ese olor, hemos viajado continuamente con asesoramiento de ustedes, creo que deberían cuidar más sus socios, prácticamente me vi obligado a cancelar la vuelta a ese hotel a fines de enero y buscar otro, ya que las instalaciones dejaban mucho que desear Solo el personal muy atento
