Disappointing My kids seen a few roaches and toilet kept stopping up

Fair It is lacking maintenance. Doesn’t look shiny clean, it can be better. Illumination in the room is poor. No breakfast due to COVID but advertised with it Staff was very kind.

won't be back advertised breakfast, there was none. Advertised shuttle and there was none. Too little staff. No concessions or even a place to buy a coke quickly. it was clean

No cumplió mis expectativas La alarma de incendio comenzó a soñar en la madrugada parece que alguien fumo mas de lo debido olor desagradable en la habitación las personas ponen la basura en los pasillos Desayuno no hubo por la pandemia

Decepcionante Había cucarachas en la habitación y olía muy mal. Se entiende que por covid no hay disponibilidad de desayuno, aseo en la habitación pero no es aceptable la suciedad general.
