Okay Room looked & smelled similar to dorm room. Bathtub was rusty or dirty... I'd like to believe it was rust. I would stay at this location again for half the price. Staff & location was great!

Comfortable place to stay, except for the breakfast and reliability. When we made our request for a reservation we asked for first floor rooms due to handicapped persons. We received an email that said the request was approved. However, when we got to the facility, we were told there were no first floor rooms for us. We were able to use an elevator but the request had been approved and then was not available at the facility. The bed was very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Great staff and a big letdown in all other areas. We had a hard time sleeping. It sounded like we were in the middle of the freeway with all the traffic noise, the sirens, and loud guests. I finally got to sleep a little after 1:00a , only to wake up constantly from the sounds. Also, the toilet seat is installed crooked- and it pinched me twice. The bathroom sink hot water took forever to heat up. Friendly staff and a lot of available parking.
Waste of money The bathtub was dirty and the water was yellow I was told the room was messed up but they thought it was fixed and ok to use. We were unable to shower due to the water and bathtub being yellow which was the whole point of us staying in a hotel. I was told since we booked through a 3rd party there was nothing the hotel could do about refunding The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good
