About my stay Bed wasn't comfortable,small room, and it really wasn't worth the price I paid. Most rooms I pay that much for are in a better area and are bigger or just more comfortable The breakfast was good
Convenient location....with alllllll the highway noise you don't want or need. We checked in & a yapping dog was directly next to us. Luckily, the front desk lady had already contacted the owners, but they were 2 hours away. She moved us rooms with no issue, as I had a half marathon at 7am the next morning & explained how I needed to get a good night's sleep. Disappointing Old travel lodge next door is disgusting Staff do not use Do not Disturbe sign so the are annoying in mornings
Fair I was not aware there was construction going on. Got to our room and there were 2 big fans right outside our door. Which ran all night.
Overall clean and nice just wish there was hot water Loud close to the street can hear all the cars going by Water was luke warm barely hot Good breakfast friendly staff
Horrible the staff was rude we had no phone to communicate with staff The property needs a lot of maintenance Nothing.
Leaves a lot to be desired. Overspray paint everywhere, wet paint signs everywhere, no hot water in sink, no exhaust fan in bathroom, room freezing when we arrived. Outlets weren’t childproof, heater old and loud, loud guests until late in night, walls thin so tv sound came through from other rooms. Room coffee pot was a joke and coffee was horrible. No hot tea. Location, staff prepared for arrival, plenty of parking. Coffee downstairs was good. Good WiFi.
Quality of facility was not equal to expense. The property was being remodeled and lobby was completely gutted. Outside area had construction going on. We picked up a screw in one of our tires from parking lot. We know it came from there because it was the screw they were using to put new facial tiles on the outside walls. To me that kind of inconvenience should be declared on the reservation page. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and courteous.
