it wasn’t a terrible stay but could have been better. reserved for 3 ppl and we were put in a small room with one queen bed. had to complain and wait for another room. was not given the room that we saw online. convenient location
When we return to the area we will not be staying here. The hotel was under construction so halls and entry were littered with debris. The new sinks etc were stacked in the entry way and it looked tacky. There was no pet area. The supposed area was littered with old items, sinks, vanities, etc. from rooms. Also the entire grass area was littered with glass that spilled up onto the sidewalks. Very dangerous for animals and people. words don’t completely convey the awful experience and lack of care on every level. everything. they didn’t let us know that the floor that they put us on was being renovated (loud and dusty) or that the only elevator didn’t always work. The main light in our bathroom was burned out, the guy at the front desk wouldn’t acknowledge you even if you iniated, and to top it off, we received a call from an outwardly rude woman at 11:20 am (20 minutes after check out) threatening us that they would throw our belongings out of our ro... read more

don't know if only the room we stayed needs work but, don't feel like staying there again carpet was dirty, curtains didn't work properly, hair on my bed, shower didn't work properly location & price

Dont' offer what you can't provide. We did not stay because our confirmed reservation was for two beds with a sofa to accommodate four adults and a small child. When we checked in, we were given a single king bed with a pull out sofa. the staff told us they didn't have any rooms with two beds. Needless to say, this was not workable for our party.
