The hotel was clean and the room was great. (Except for Shari g a double bed with my adult sister) but they must have been short staffed, because it seemed there was waits and staff was tired to really go out of their way.

My only complaint was they ran out of water bottles in their downstairs store so I had to keep filling up a glass in the lobby with water.
