Very courteous staff. Room was clean
is a very decent place, breakfast is good but not over the top. Not a 5 star place but is good.
You have to pay for parking. 1st room carpet was soaking w water. Moved us to another room. 2nd room was very damp. TV is ready to go out.
Our stay was fine. The receptionist was handling a call after knowledging us for check in, while doing so decided to answer a call and perform two jobs at once. Nothing wrong with that, but I believe once a customer has been acknowledged, that one customer needs to be the primary focus until they have what they need, in my case that didn’t work. Our room was fine, but that’s about it. We have encountered 2 cockroaches in the first level the next morning, both of them were alive just going for a stroll by the service elevator... read more
The smoke detector in the room was hanging off the wall and obviously non functional. The primary elevator was non functional.
