Customer service was a plus. Hallway smelled like weed at night. Room was ok when it came to cleaning Ness.

well maintained the property was in some sort of updating on elevators but you couldn’t tell always smelled good in the hallways everything very clean

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is what made the whole stay enjoyable!!!! Every single person was amazing. The woman with the head wrap was our favorite! The showers are kinda awful with no water pressure, but that’s ok. The breakfast is great. Dining options very close by and has a little golf cart transport service to take you to restaurants and he runs on tips only! They have a free airport shuttle, but have to Uber to parks like Disney and universal. Only about 45 min from coco beach! The ihop close to the hot... read more
