Great experience staying at this hotel. However I do wish that the complimentary breakfast hours were longer than 7am to 9am as this hotel is convenient for those who are traveling by using Orlando international airport (MCO). Also, there was a leak in the ceiling in which the receptionist did not wipe up any water that was splattered on the floor. This is a hazardous situation as elderly customers and children could slip and fall.

This was such a great value! And they picked us up and took us back to the airport. The front desk staff varied. One was fabulous and the next was tired and testy. But honestly the lady in front of him was very rude and understandably put him in a mood. I loved everything. We will def stay again!

The property was fine. However, I needed to go to terminal C at OIA, and shuttle only went to A and B. I had to walk a long distance with my luggage.

I will preface the split, saying I understand. This is an older property. There are some maintenance issues that are noticeable throughout the main areas of the hotel. The general cleanliness of the rooms are OK. The decor looks like it was recently updated with fresh carpeting, and hard surface floors, the real stand out of this property has been the front desk staff especially Aiden.
