A good night sleep after a long day of travel. Clean and comfortable.
The room was clean and the bed was generally comfortable, which made for a decent stay. However, the hotel is in need of some renovations, especially with the elevators that could use a touch-up. When I asked the front desk about nearby shops, the information given was incorrect, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, an okay experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
The first room we were given smelled so musty there's no way we could have stayed in it. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. Very kind and immediately switched us to another room that smelt much better. We got there late so it went right to bed. We did not realize that the toilet wouldn't flush so by morning it was pretty full. Luckily we only stayed one night. Breakfast was good and staff was good

Close to the airport Check-in was quick and easy! Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was basically a room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was dated. Toilet had rings in it. Tub had spots in it and the shower head was partially blocked by calcium buildup.
Perfectly convenient to Orlando airport.
