Felt old and raggedy and the keys wouldn’t work. Had to go to front desk multiple times. Staff was friendly and helpful
The hotel was okay. Good proximity to the airport. It's my understanding that ownership will be changing soon. Unknown how the facility will change
Cleanliness was average. while internally the room was clean, common areas lack of cleanliness and condition. Staff was friendly and courteous.

It was okay but the key didn’t work the first time I tried to open the door. The tv didn’t work so I called the front desk and she sent someone to fix it but the tv couldn’t turn off with the remote
Shuttle Service Hotel did not offer airport shuttle from midnight until 5 am. My flight was delayed and because of this had to pay a taxi for a ride when the main reason we booked this hotel was because of the shuttle service.
