Check in was very slow. I waited at least 20-25 minutes before I could speak to the desk clerk. Other guests before me had issues and there was only one desk clerk to help all of us. The hot tub was out of order and people working on repainting rooms on our floor spoke loudly and could be heard all evening. The room itself was very nice and clean.

I was on the fifth and there was noise, yelling and carrying on in the hall until the early morning hours. Got very little sleep for a very early flight.
