The shuttle never picked us up, we waited an hour and we had the take a taxi. The hotel did reimburse us for it but still inconvenient.

The staff really made the stay nice. I was able to utilize the shuttle to the airport and had no issues getting there as they have a sign-up sheet so as soon as you checked in, you signed up for your available time that you needed to be dropped off at the airport

For an early flight this is a great option. I was flying out early in the morning so I chose this hotel for the shuttle service and close distance to the airport. It has renovated the lobby and most of the hotel rooms. There is still some work needed in the bathroom. The hotel was clean, quiet and safe. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was adequate for our stay however the hot tub was not warm and the lighting on the pool deck is very lacking. This was a bit of a disappointment for us as we were really looking forward to sitting in the hot tub after a very long day of traveling.
