The Good Parts: Great big breakfast options, and very friendly, helpful staff. There was a nice park, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The rooms were modest and reasonably priced for the area. Conveniently located near the airport with excellent, free shuttle service to the airport. The pool and patio area were chill. L’emplacement est excellent tout près de l’aéroport. Il y a de bons restos accessibles à pied près de l’hôtel. Bien que nous l’ayons pas utilisé, il y a un service de navette de l’hôtel vers l’aeroport disponible à fréquence régulière. Chambre propres, très confortable et calme. Petit déjeuner très bien. Piscine et spa à l’extérieur mais non chauffés

What I didn't like was check in. Desk person, slow and seemed very overwhelmed. Our toilet in room 404 didn't work had to shut water off to toilet and filled with water buckets to flush. Late on a Sunday night, traveled all day didn't call front desk...no maintenance on staff at that hour. Received compensation of $22.00. Our experience on Jan 17th was much better.

The sheets un our room where stained. Since we look for a night to rest we would Love to have fresh and clean sheets and Covers in our bed.

The pool and hot tub were to cold to enjoy. Location is great with nice restaurants and stores walking distance. Shuttle service to and from airport is convenient.
