The service from Hotel staff was amazing. We received excellent service from the front desk rep. This location is within walking distance of several hotels. The room was clean and perfect for our one-night stay on our cruise. We got details on the cruise morning of the shuttle service. The hotel is very organized.

Muy agradable el hotel , lo único es que cómo aceptan mascotas deberían de hacer limpieza de las habitaciones con productos especiales para eliminar un poco el olor

Needs updating. Carpets are gross. My bathroom had dead little gnats all over the counter. Floor was kinda crusted in the corners. Dust bunnies behind bed. Shampoo was open. I was only there for 6 hrs but def won’t return. Front desk was helpful and nice and so was the shuttle driver. Other than that. Meh

Firstly the shuttle service from the airport was great. Arrived in a timely manner, the driver was friendly, informative and efficient, nice guy, chatty with lots of info. Service back to the airport was just as good the next day to catch the Go Port to Port Canaveral. The breakfast was good, the desk staff was friendly and informative. Room was good, large and had nice towels, was clean. Will stay again when needed.
