We stayed 1 night because it was close to airport. Air conditioner wasn’t working, room could have been cleaner , there were candies from another guest left on floor. The 2 girls who were at the front desk upon arrival were very friendly, however when we came back to check in the assistant general manager was not very talkative. We did not even know there was breakfast the next morning. It was an okay place to spend a night but would not book a vacation to stay there .

Carpets in hallways need work as well as elevator. I detest smoking area right outside front door. Front desk and shuttle driver were wonderful

‘System’ was down took about 30 minutes for customer ahead of us to get a room Poor employee had to check rooms at 2AM to see if they were occupied/clean Room was Ok shower dripped all Night but we got an hour late checkout

The staff was very friendly, kudos for that. The downside was that the handles in the elevator were partly broken and hanging; also, there was a pipe water leakage near the lobby that launch the evacuation alarm and kept us almost 40 minutes outside the building until the fire department took care of it. The included breakfast was decent and it is convenient it is very close to the Orlando International Airport.
