The fact that they got me to the airport on time. The noise of the airport
I had two rooms booked and overall they were very clean with the exception of finding a used bar of soap in one that was left in the shower and the bathroom in the other could have been cleaned a bit better as far as the faucets, shower heads, etc The computer in the business area was broken but the front desk did offer to print anything needed.
