The staff has been very helpful and transportation from and to the airport was fast and prompt. Great little breakfast too.

Good location, close to airport and dining options. Con- reliability of airport shuttle. My fault for cutting it tight, but signed up for 5:30 shuttle. Told the night before that they are very prompt and should be down by 5:25. At 5:45 I had to get an uber and 5:50 the uber picked me up and no shuttle had come.

Screws fell out of bathroom shower fixtures. Door hinges had visible chipping paint with heavy rust. The rear elevator seemed heavy of cigarette smoke.

Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk customer service. Only complaint and its important for us. Airport shuttle stops pickup at 10 pm. (Wouldnt have picked had we known). Other hotel shuttles were still picking up after 10. (Our flight was canceled that evening.) Aso, had an early flight, again couldnt use free shuttle. (Needed to leave before 5 am). Staff was helpful in suggesting Uber though. (Kinda expensive but, dependable)
