Shuttle driver was very professional and courteous Front desk staff December 18 afternoon staff went above and beyond efficient and courteous. I stayed at this hotel many times and find the rooms to be comfortable. My only issue I have is the elevator and hallways carpets need to be changed. Very dirty Your front desk staff fantastic!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. In general my stay was fine. I was only there to sleep however I would say the hotel needs an update. New bedding, better fixtures and maybe even an attempt to clean the pool. My 5 year was so disappointed she could not use the pool because it was dirty. Our microwave did not work and the fridge froze everything that was placed inside. Breakfast was typical, no complaints there. And keep in mind of the times that the shuttle is in use.
