our flight was cancelled so we booked on expedia for 3 nights because that was the next available flight out. we were able to find another flight in 2 days so we requested to cancel our third night. we gave more than 48 hrs notice. the hotel said it was up to expedia and expedia said it was up to the hotel. as of now we haven't heard from either of them. considering what is going on with the airlines, I wish they were more accommodating.
Staff was rude. Paul manager was helpful but other manager treated me poorly
Couldn't get shuttle from airport. Once we arrived, they gave us room 405. On the way to the room thete was Marijuana smell in elevator and hallway. When we opened our door to room we immediately saw room wasn't clean and bed was unmade. When we went back dowm to front desk and advised her of room conditions she sort of shrugged it off and gave us another room 2u doors away on the same floor with the Marijuana odor.
Hi, bathroom floor is not clean, water is just warm not hot enough to take shower. No water during breakfast.
Hotel is worn out and very dirty!
Shower was covered in mold. Bed was horrible. Mattress didn’t go with box spring and was hanging off it. Room was dirty.

Staff was great. The hotel is very dingy and in dire need of Reno action. From elevators to bathrooms.

The room they gave us smelled of cigarettes in the bed was going downhill, so we requested another room. Bed was better room still smelled none of the plug-ins in the bathroom worked. But the worst thing is they charged a $75 incident fee and they claim they refunded it even sent me an email saying they did but my credit card company says this is not true and my credit card company is now. Appealing the charge and trying to get my money back.! Also the pool was not heated, and was too cold to get in

Room was pretty dirty. The walls and sides of furniture looked like spaghetti sauce was splashed on them. The room door was very dirty and in desperate need of paint. The comforter had blood stains on it but the sheets and bed its self were clean and stain free. Bathroom was also clean but very beat up. Seemed like they only cleaned surfaces where you would be touching or setting things, and nothing else. Would just pay more for somewhere else next time if I need to stay near the airport.
