Staff stood out especially the women in the evening staff very friendly and resourceful. My room was clean . Staff did whatever they could to accommodate .

Was only there for 7 hours to sleep and head out for a flight, bed was super comfy.

Hotel needs a lot of updates, starting with the dirty elevators! Staff very friendly but amenities were minimal at best

The hotel had some renovations. Tubs and sinks are old and rusted our room 412, only had hot water in the sink and the knob for the shower kept on sliding off Breakfast was mediocre-bagels,toast cereal, apples for fruit The manager has a personality of a wet mop Rude, condescending “know it all attitude “

Room was great, had a king size bed, it was comfortable. Close to restaurants, walking distance. The girl at front desk on the night of arrival, I didn’t get her name 😬, she was so nice and friendly. The older lady with glasses not so much, sometimes a quick smile to acknowledge is all that’s needed to give the customer a different experience. Close to airport, hotel is a bit older but still ok. Breakfast was ok. The swimming pool isn’t as nice as in photos, didn’t use it but didn’t look too appealing.
