It was disappointing that the hot tub was out of service and there was no indication on the website about that.

The night desk person hates his job, can not smile or say hello…. The parking is a bit of a pan on the behind as it’s not really near the door. The elevator is dingy, old and takes forever! The rooms are outdated but the were clean. Breakfast was simple and ok… good location.

Was busy at check in. Front desk clerk was by himself. Finally another female clerk came to help. He asked if I need the shuttle service to the airport and I told him no, “we have a rental car!” We went to our room to put our stuff in it. We lowered the air conditioner down 1 degree and it start making noise like there was a plastic bag in it. So we turned it back up 1 degree. This morning we went to leave and had a notice on our rental car saying that we didn’t have a parking pass and could be towed! When I went to the fron... read more
