The breakfast was good. Many choices. In addition the airport shuttle came within 15 minutes of my call. Myrna was wonderful very friendly and highly efficient. I had great stay 😊

Lot of things in the room didn’t work the people were very nice

It was disappointing that the hot tub was out of service and there was no indication on the website about that.

Was busy at check in. Front desk clerk was by himself. Finally another female clerk came to help. He asked if I need the shuttle service to the airport and I told him no, “we have a rental car!” We went to our room to put our stuff in it. We lowered the air conditioner down 1 degree and it start making noise like there was a plastic bag in it. So we turned it back up 1 degree.
