I checked in online and added a credit card for incidentals, and then when i checked in, in person I had to give them the card again. Very annoying.

The room very spacious n clean. Staff helpful. We have to leave @5am to catch our 7:30am flight, hotel shuttle very good n helpful. Staff brought out fruits n muffins for early guests, so thoughtful and what a delightful surprise for us. Will certainly revisit La Quinta next time.

The hotel was okay for the price. Don’t wait on the shuttle at the airport, we stood out in the cold for over an hour. They weren’t truthful about the pickup times. Front desk staff are rude and not helpful. We were woken up at 7:00 by the maintenance people talking so loudly in the halls.
