Hotel in good location, but elevator next to center not working si need walk on end off hallway to go up and than walk back all hallway , floor in hallway dirty. Big dogs is barking, shuttle only up to 8 pm so when you arrived later i use taxi service .will never stay there again..

Wouldn’t stay Our door wouldn’t latch so we had to use force to finally get it closed and add a chair. Mildew in the bathroom, rusted bathroom fixtures, cracked tub with obvious repairs. The neighbor next door banged on our door at 6:30 am for no reason. It was awful. Pillows were disgusting and stained we ended up using our own blankets and pillows to sleep.

This was not a good experience. Started with the shuttle from the airport. I called the hotel to request shuttle pick up. They told me where to meet the shuttle. My husband and I wait almost an hour before calling the hotel again only to find out that they were using another hotel’s van & didn’t bother to let me know! Why wouldn’t you tell a guest what to look for? This didn’t make any sense & there was no acknowledgement or apology from them. The hotel is also run down. I will not be staying here again.

No hot water, room wasn’t vacuumed, shower was dirty and water dripped all night from the shower. Lobby was a mess, garbage can overflowing from breakfast buffet even though it was midnight when I checked in. Pathetic attempt to fix the problem and had no other rooms available so they credited me $30. Unacceptable!

After a long, horrible day, all I wanted was a comfortable sleep and breakfast. Unfortunately, my money wasn't well spent here. The mattress was badly worn and caved in along the side where you step out of bed. It was so uncomfortable that I slept poorly and should have just driven the 3 hours back home, since I didn't sleep anyway. The breakfast... let me just say for all guests - please dont bother to add scrambled eggs to your menu, if all you're putting out is watered down, fake, powdered 'eggs'. One elevator did not work and out one felt unsafe

i was there 3 years ago, for a total of 3 times in the same hotel. this time everything was diferent, one elevator broken from Friday to Tuesday. The room smell bad, the shower has problems. Not enought breakfast, just one yogurt (they use to have 3) if something was short someone refill it (not any more). at 8:10 there is no breakfast. This was the last time i stayed there ... bye bye la quinta . you can contact me if you want more details i stayed on room 528 on 12/09/2024 you can find my information on the reservation.
