This place has gone downhill big time. Manager Paul is rude to customers and had us wait 1.5 hours at the airport for a shuttle. I called multiple times requesting a shuttle. The place has black mould in the air conditioning units and it stinks up the room. The room was filthy with dirty carpet, dirty shower and toilet and sink. The door was not repaired properly had half inch gap that let all the sound and light in from hallway. Desk was not cleaned, bed had dirty sheets. I will NEVER stay here again. Unfortunately the property isn't as clean or well maintained as it should be. The staff are efficient and do try to make the experience better but the rooms need a complete deep clean and refurbishment. Convenient location for airport and cheap room rate but ultimately you get what you pay for.

Elevator was broke. Front Desk did not disclose this information. Another customer advise me of it, as I waited on broken elevator. Customer also instructed me to use a 2nd elevator at back of building.

Our first night the elevator was broken. We came back a week later for our second stay and the elevator was still broken. The hotel was clean, but we could definitely tell it is a dated facility.
