A very sucky stay We had to wait to get a room, there were no towels, the lady was rude.

Arrived at terminal C, called the hotel for transportation, they told they don’t pick up from Terminal C and that I have to go to either A or B. It would been fine if I was alone, but traveling with my family including my one year old all that luggage from one terminal to the other for a service the hotel provided is insane…breakfast was a joke not recommended.

Toilet problems The day we came in our toilet was stopped up and the customer service rep told us to use the bathroom in the hallway.

The staff didn’t told me the breakfast time, when I arrived to the breakfast at 9AM there was nothing to eat.

The lock door and TV didn't work. The rug smelled bad, the bathtud was dirty and hair on the floor.

There was something plugged into the outlet in our room that was a hazard. We asked that it be removed and was told they could not remove it until maintenance came back so we left it be.
