Very Good Our key cards stopped working at 1030, when checkout is at 1100. Also, a housekeeper knocked on our door asking when we were leaving ~ the "Do Not Disturb" sign was securely on the doorknob and was clearly visible to anyone in the hallway! Very rude, indeed.

Great location and very comfortable room! The room for the most part was clean except for finding hair in the bathroom. Main elevator wasn't working, so service elevator was used. We weren't able to use jacuzzi as a big group of guests were hanging out there for a few hours,not the hotels fault. The hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, breakfast potatoes) was great as they used to have just a continental breakfast (fruit, danish, coffee). Pleasant Una empleada en específico una señora de cabello negro mua este hija fue a tomar el desayuno porque salíamos temprano y le grito que no tocara nada. Es un hotel muy cómodo y cerca de los campos de baseball y donde la mayoría de los huéspedes se quedan porque asisten a los torneros. Muchas personas no tomaron el desayuno porque esta señora trabajó con toda su calma para que no lo hicieran y de paso grosera les decía a los niños que no tocaran la comida. Comfortable stay, but a little pricey - and the location isn't convenient. ANTS! There were ants all over our room. The front desk staff wasn't the friendliest, but they were helpful. Also, one of the elevators was out of service the whole time we were there, so we had to walk out of the way to get to our room, which didn't bother us that much; it was just inconvenient. Good for my needs French doors on bathroom seemed cute but not great for function. Hard and loud to close. Breakfast was slim selection and laid out in a strange way. Not enough places for people to sit. Also no ucb chargers you need to bring a block. Room was comfortable and quiet. Great location. (Between MCO and the Blue Springs) Breakfast was ok. Water pressure decent.
