Exceptional Both elevators were down so we had to carry our luggage three flights of stairs.. If we stay there again it would be on the first floor. This is the only flaw in the hotel. The room was a great size and very comfortable.

good value but room for improvement. Room service was less than ideal, we stayed 2 nights and our bed was never made, towels were never changed, they barely went in and emptied the trash. The main elevator close to the lobby was out of service, which meant going to the other end of the hotel each time in order to go up to our room in the 5th floor or going up the stairs. The "out of order" sign was taken out from the door at the lobby a couple of times, but never on the room floors, so you weren't sure you able or not to rid... read more
