It was very good, would stay again. Had to use stairs to take luggage from room . Elevator not working, We were on 3 rd floor.. Very inconvenient for older people. Staff on desk were extremely helpful when we asked to check in early and let us which worked out well as we needed to leave for airport by 7 the next morning. It allowed us to relax when we got our room early. Also got help to print our boarding passes from young man who may have been manager. Will stay there again next time we fly out of Sanford
