Exceptional I really have no complaints. No complaints. No complaints. No complaints. Nothing to see here. Time to move on. No more to say here. The room was clean upon arrival. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We can’t really rate the breakfast because of the covid-19 situation.
Noisy room Room was too close to the pool and there were loud people at 1 am. It was nice and comfortable.

Very Good The shower was amazing, BUT the top of the one piece curtain was some sort of mesh nylon that let the water go through to the floor. By the end of my shower the entire bathroom floor was flooded. I had to use all the extra towels to sop it up. If the shower had a double shower curtain there would not have been a problem. Also since it was a handicapped room, the lip on the floor was not protective enough to hold back the splashed water. It was a mess. Nice. Would stay again. No lotion after shower. Coffee machine could be upgraded Location was Good. Easy to get to. We didn't get a hot breakfast because of covid so that was a little disappointing
Could be better service ! Hallway smell bad dog odor, neighbors had barking dogs, no room service, room was not cleaned had to used the same towels also I had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. No breakfast, it was closed off very disappointed
