Good - The breakfast provided in a bag due to Covid19 was so reduced making it undesirable. - The elevator was out of service and when it worked there was no ventilation and it was soffocating. - The bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly. The humid air was retained in the bathroom. - The light bulb on one of the lamps was burnt out. - The location. - The appliances. - The clean room and facility. - The self-service coffee and chocolate area.

Exceptional The location was amazing! It was beautiful inside the lobby and inside the room. The bed was very comfortable.

Awesome Received a brown bag, nothing but sugar items. Big let down. What about diabetics or children. So much sugar kids would be bouncing off the ceiling. The place is great. The staff was OK & helpful, but not real friendly.

Great Value -Traveled with a pet and stayed on the 1st floor but the hallway and back entrance smells like dog urine. I guess careless people are letting their dogs "spray" the carpet.
