I got more bang for my buck! I didn’t like that the shower head was removable. It made showering my kids a little more difficult. We only had 1 soap and 1 shampoo in the room, and after a 3 hour flight from Japan to Taiwan that had a 10 hour lay over, and a 16 hour flight from Taiwan to Houston, 1 soap and 1 shampoo seemed like a bad joke when we it came down to take a shower. I liked how the luggage carts were easily accessible, the staff was knowledgeable and the room was a lot more spacious than expected.

Great stay! Not a thing. Everything was great! Rooms were great and our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was awesome. Employees were absolutely professional and friendly.

It was alright. Didn't like the fact people can smoke at the pool and my daughter has lupus. Bad 4 k When I did arrive The manager wasn't helpful and one lady seemed new and she didn't bother to help. One customer came in and left and one they messed up his points. She waa socializing and wasn't taking care of the customers Christopher was awsome and checking on my to make sure my room would be available and told me to be safe and he'll be happy to serve me when I arrive. Great customer service.
