Unsatisfactory room wasn’t very clean. I used a towel to wipe dirt from the floor and I was charged a $76 fee. I will never stay with that hotel brand again.
Fair Breakfast this visit was not good. Eggs were not edible. Had no hot water both mornings, we were there.
Poor Landscaping was nothing but weeds. The room felt grimy. Ice machine on the second floor didn’t work. Breakfast didn’t look appetizing.

Bad The location The room was dark most of the lights was either broken bulbs still in sockets are they had no bulbs at all. We ask for bulbs to put in the room they said they needed to check the room as though we were lying. The sink was stopped up in the bathroom and the tub was horrible and the price was to high for the service and the up keep of the property.
Very Poor Bedspread had blood smear which was communicated to front desk. I was so grossed out I checked out. Clerk confirmed she would take care of charge. Still waiting on the refund. Location was good to save time
