Pleasant I was charged for one night stay even after paying cash for both nights we stayed there and giving a deposit... so essentially I am out 107.35 and no one can find that cash.. My husband and I paid for two nights cash, and when we got home realized that my card was also charged for one night- so essentially I paid for three nights- the manager was no help, no one offered anything and the whole point of paying cash and giving a deposit was to not have my card ran- there’s no remedy, no nothing I’m just out the money a... read more
I enjoyed the breakfast but the room itsself needed serious updates! My room keys didn't work. The room had a smell sort of like a wet dog to it. The hot tub outside was dirty and not hot. The toilet handle came off. The tub floor was peeling. The phone wasn't working properly (sometimes you would get a dial tone and sometimes you wouldn't). Unsatisfactory There was no lotion in the bathroom. I asked for 1st floor and was put on 3rd floor. Another guest knocked on my door and I did not feel safe. In check out I stopped at the desk and no one was there I waited a few minutes and then left
Okay The jacuzzi was too dirty to enter; the tile in the pool was grody. We asked for poolside umbrellas and it took 3 tries to find the keys for the storage area and the staff thought the umbrellas were ripped. Breakfast may have been good but it ended at 9am and that was too early for us. We were not provided with enough shampoo, washcloths; they were not replaced when they cleaned the room Coffee and cold water available all the time in lobby. Iron and ironing board was helpful.
Good Saturday the room was really hot eveni when the temperature was turned down low I had canceled my stay for the 15th and they canceled my reservation for Saturday the 17th and then I was charged the hotel price and not the one I booked through booking.com.

All things considered, just a so-so experiencd The air freshener in the hallway was MUCH too strong, almost nauseating. The continental breakfast was Horrible. Nothing was fresh. Milk was room temperature. The coffee urn was empty and NEVER refilled even after several requests by me and a couple of other guests. Waffles stuck to iron no matter how much oil was sprayed on it. I could go on but I think you get the picture. Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows
