Poor construction for noise control from hall and surrounded bedrooms Hotel very noisy. Could constantly hear people upstairs walking around, tv etc. Unable to sleep Friday night cause of this. Unable to adjust temp in room with thermostat. No way to keep air circulation in room when unit shut off. Phone in room did not work. Couldn’t receive dial tone or call down to front desk. Bed comfortable
Wouldn't use the facility again unless I didn't have another choice. Black mold in the shower. A large patch of black mold in the shower. The air conditioner pumped out air that seemed musty--perhaps because of mold. The bed was comfortable.
Not enough parking...had conference in the AM. took all the parking Breakfast was terrible...they ran out of food by 730...waited 20 minutes still no food...there was potatoes...they were raw and cold...this is the second time we stayed here....NEVER AGAIN Bed was comfortable...ac worked

Fair The rooms were clean and nice but too small... the beds were too high. The carpets in the elevator are old and dirty. The elevator also jolts abruptly when you go from one floor to the next.
Poor I was told the room was ready, then that it wasn't. But then that i was clean, it just needed towels. When i got to the room, the dirty towels were in the closet, the room smelled like someone had burned either food or coffee. When the manager came with the towels, I told her about the dirty towels left in closet. The cleaning lady couldn't confirm if the room had been cleaned or not. So, I asked for them to clean the bathroom and then come back to clean the rest, since i had to get ready for a wedding. When i came back... read more
Good I didn't like the random fire alarm going off, which was beyond weird. And nobody ever said why it went off.
Pleasant The carpet in our room was filthy. DIRTY AND Stained . My baby girls pjs got stained on the knees. At 8am there were no forks left in the dining area. Staff said they ran out.Tub was rusted! Friendly staff! Nice beds!
will never stay there again and yet many LQ loctations are awesome with awesome staff. late night staff not there when needed, keys did not work to get in two nights in a row, housekeeping absolutely terrible! We have pics of trash left in room and used cups overturned to appear clean- LAZY!! Check in
