Bad Veronica at the front desk was very rude and ugly to us. I booked the room for two nights and housekeeping did not clean the room. I have to constantly go down stairs and ask for things I needed. It was an inconvenience to me. Nuthin...it was not worth the money I paid.

Fair Worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The sausage tasted old. I had to find an employee to get more coffee cups. Tried to find an employee to refill the milk jug but could not find one, Very disappointing. Comfortable bed
good, but problems with charges to debit card great place for dogs hotel is great, but problems with desk and multiple charges to my debit card.

Fair During our stay a full lent trap caused a fire in the laundry room the 1st level was engulfed with smoke and a horrible electrical smell. The staff gave us minimal updates during this time. Guest had to inform other guest of when we could reenter the building. Your staff didn't deodorize our area or take the time to check on us. Fire alarm late 1st night. NO concern or contact from staff, no apology or offer of a credit.Disgust Breakfast was mediocre at best. Overripe fruit, Nasty looking oatmeal. Eggs bland
AWFUL!!!!!! The air didn’t work in the first room we were in. We had to move our things to another room. The laundry room had a small fire. The smell was awful. They didn’t offer a discount or anything for that matter. Everyone had to go up and down the stairs because the elevators were off for 2 hours until the fire situation was fixed. The Towels were dirty. I had dog hair in my bed. The bathrooms had rust in the tub. The paint was coming off in the tub while we showered. I took pictures. Poor The bathroom still had towels in it from previous guest which makes you question how clean the rest of the room was. For the price, this is not ok.
