Terrible My room had ROCHES, I checked out went to another hotel. That hotel needs to be fumigated. NOT HAPPY, the got in my suitcase, carry bag and shoes. Not to mention IN MY BED as well. I didn’t stay for breakfast. I checked out at 11 pm on the 10th
Poor Roaches inside my room
Never again will we stay at La Quinta Inns Roaches crawled on the breakfast buffet. A housekeeper didn't finish cleaning our room one night, and threw our toiletries in the trash. We tripped over a pile of towels that were left on the floor by the door. No response or apology was offered by management-- only certain staff members. Some staff members were pleasant while others seemed lazy with an attitude.

Horrible service No customer service at all. Overflowing toilet and tub in our room . No solution whatsoever.

You get what you pay for The elevator did not work the entire stay so we had to take the steps with all our luggage and we find five roaches in our room the key card would stop working everyday so we to keep going to guess services but the staff and the manager were very friendly and helpful They are very close to everything
