Maid on vacation! From we arrived the front door alone is dirty. the elevator was awfully dirty with wrapper and dirt and some sticky substance. Disappointing Roaches were in room Packages delivered were missing Breakfast was good
Not happy The first room# 400 the tvs didn't work, then I had to wait two hours to move to a new room. Then I asked for a late check out and they only gave me one hour, so I checked out at noon. For the inconvenience of them on their part, you would think they could have accommodated me to a 1pm check out since I had to wait 2 hours to check in the new room. Was very disappointed. Hay mejores el aire acondicionado de la habitación no se podía apagar y el ruido era muy molesto. el desayuno un desastre, se terminaba enseguida y se demoraba un montón en reponerlo zona muy tranquila, entre el aeropuerto y el sawgrass

Definitely not worth almost $500 The hotel was absolutely filthy. My bathroom was not sweat prior to me getting there. There were roaches attempting to get into my food, travel bags. I did not step on the floor barefoot the entire time I cannot express how dirty this hotel is. it has to be a public health violation The location was great considering that it was right next to a mall all major highways very easy to navigate.
