Disappointed Alot has changed , and I have been going to this particular property for years .. manager , front desk. Housekeeping. They all lacking warmth and friendliness. Location

desagradable Nos dieron una habitación de movilidad reducida, el baño se mojaba todo al bañarnos, me sentí en un hospital. me parece muy desagradable que no le hagan aseo a la habitación sin importar que lo pedimos 2 veces,, el día que llegamos había basura del huésped anterior, un jabón usado en la ducha y faltaban los elementos de aseo. Not worth it n very pricey There was a homeless guy on property by the pool area,the WiFi crashed,and that fact that it was very costly n nowhere near worth the price!!,Me n my wife wasn’t even able to get in the pool because it was dirty Only thing that I liked was the front desk agent was very cool and friendly.The location was great lot of restaurants in the area
