It was ok My room wasn't clean, ask house keeping for towels was told to go to front desk. My room was not on the list. Reception staff was nice

Disappointed Very poor housekeeping. I was meant to stay for 2 nights, but after discovering a cockroach in the bed after the 1st. night, I checked out and stayed in a different place. Check-in was fast, and the apartment was spacious

Bad German roaches. All in the bathroom and all over the night stand and desk. Staff was informed and I received an "oh yeah, I'm sorry about that"
I was very disappointed as we stayed at this hotel many times. Had to wait about 5 minutes for reception to show up and check us in. There were roaches in the room and in the breakfast area. The TV didn't work properly and had to call 3 times about it. No one cleaned the room until the day before we checked out. The bathtub was slippery. Had to go to the reception to get fresh towels and a remote control for the TV. We complained to reception about all of this.
