Disappointing Room smelled very musty, didn't like the old mattress and no mattress cover Hotel room smelled musty and very old mattress

The hotel was not clean at all. Apparently it was not a secure location and the lobby was locked at 9:00 pm. The lobby looked fine but the rest of the hotel was run down. The room was smelled and was hot when we arrived. The floors were dirty, the shower had hair on the sides of the walls, and the bathtub did not drain. The location was next to the highway

N/A Bathroom was not clean, bed mattress needs to change. Breakfast needs updating. The location was convenient
Fair The carpet was soaked from the AC unit leaking in my room. The toilet was filthy. the room was dirty overall. the location was great, lots of restaurants near by.

Fair Didn't like the ants in the room. Didn't like the a/c filters so filthy that we had to clean them. Didn't like that we had to pay for our dog which in the 6 years we have been staying there we never have. Convenient to family.
