O pior hotel de Miami! Fujam! TODOS os funcionários são grosseiros e não te dão nem bom dia, no checkin estávamos em um grupo de onze pessoas fomos tratados de forma estupida pelo Samy, que não olhava na nossa cara e falava de forma grosseira conosco, inclusive o último casal do nosso grupo esperou mais de uma hora para receber a chave do quarto. Fair Breakfast was nice
Fair I was very upset and left early in the morning after waking up and finding two cockaroaches running around the sink.Plug socket where coffee maker and blow dryer that's attached to the wall couldn't be used because socket was broke,I was able to move the coffee maker but unable to use the blowdryer.I didn't notice this until the next day.I hope they will compensate some how.ty Good location
ONE STAR HOTEL The hotel needs renovation. The lobby ceiling like it's ready to fall. The Tub clogged. The electrical wires that's connected to the air condition is exposed looks like when they rigged it in order to work that's dangerous for guests who has children and are unaware. I didn't say I wouldn't stay again.. but it's definitely not worth the value for what you pay. Poor Tiny bugs all over. When I told the front desk she said ewww. There was only a night stand one one side of the bed. Which meant I didn't have access to my phone all night. Breakfast
