Não volto! Banheiro pequeno, banheira antiga e com aspecto de suja por causa das manchas. Os sofás do quarto tinham aspecto de sujos. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas facilita. Porém, a falta de cordialidade de alguns funcionários é lamentável. Em 4 dias de estadia não ouvimos um bom dia, boa tarde, boa noite. Nem na chegada. A recepção é péssima. bad service The guy at the check-in was very unhelpful and rude ! he couldn't find my reservation, he did not know how to read a passport!! (he only asked for a driver´s licence). Without the slightest interest in searching correctly, he sent me out of line to serve someone else. I had to wait with little baby in arms til another person arrived, she was good will to find my reservation reading the passport last name and checked. Reclamação Atendimento que recebemos ao chegar no hotel foi péssimo, rapaz estava mal humorado e tratou a nos e nossos amigos mal chegamos e na metade do nosso atendimento ele parou para atender 11 pessoas que chegaram e nós deixou esperando por 45min só para nos entregar o cartão do quarto isso porque não falava o idioma e ele se negava a entender o nosso colega que falava dizendo que não entendia o inglês dele, depois de ficarmos esperando por muito tempo ele voltou e nós atendeu e entendeu o que nosso colega falava.
