Poor outdated, not very clean and the elevator is broke so I had to use the stairs. it offered breakfast

I was charged $180 for one night with all the issues above mentioned overpriced! was on the third floor and the elevator wasn’t working! Bed was updated and uncomfortable lady front desk
Disappointing The elevator was out of service and did not know when it would be fixed. Had to walk up and down stairs with luggage. They did not offer a discount either. They should have alerted their guests before they arrived.
Never stayed because elevators were not working and I had an elderly person with me Everything NOTHING
The stay was only overnight so no chance to eat breakfast but overall it was a comfortable stay That the elevator was not working Room was spacious
Poor When I first got there check in was good the staff was nice I had to walk up three flight of stairs just had knee surgery last month got up for breakfast at breakfast was cold the air conditioner was not working properly it was only it was warm instead of being cold it just wasn't a good day for me nor night
