Hotel itself was fine. Hotel was overbooked and not honoring reservations. Guest before us was turned away despite having res, we only got to stay because we were willing to downgrade to a one bed room from our original reservation of two beds. Staff was doing best they could, but this should have been handled better, and in advance. Our reservation was in place for a month or more. There's no reason we, or the other guest, should've had to wait until traveling all the way there and arriving just to be told we're out of luck... read more
So absolutely frustrating to drive forty minutes to a hotel and show a confirmed reservation and be told the room has be our room was cancelled. we arrived and were unable to check-in. I am waiting to be reimbursed. Good location and clean
Disappointed the rooms were musty smelling, the bed was lumpy, the shower leaked. The room was just sub par Staff were friendly and courteous

I had asked for a room close to the front drsk and did not get one. I had asked for handicapped acco Noisy guests kids running yelling up and down the corridor. People constantly trying to open my door. The tub was not too clean. The soap was too small for bathing. Lication.
