it was nice . room never got cleaned never offered clean towels had to go to front desk for towels. was clean and bed was very comfortable ….. front desk staff was nice .

Not pleasant I booked 2 rooms, preferably next to each other only to discover upon checking in that that was impossible. It was just one on a different floor. Then to make matters worst Booking.com quoted me a price of $344.76 for my two rooms for 3 nights, but that didnt happen, and just my luck, there was no Manager on duty at the time of my checking in!! The soap offered is too small, you can barely wash your hands and get a good lather! The beds are old and lumpy, putting a mattress cover on the beds will not make a bett... read more

Not returning My room was not clean at all for the 7nights I stay because there was no housekeeping available The breakfast was ok sausage was salty Great location

I am really disappointed because I stayed here before. This is by far the worst experience ever. I was told I only had one room reservations when I had two rooms reserved for a night, causing me to pay for a king size bed room which was more money.And there were a roaches in our room. Got woke up because a roach was crawling on my daughter and that made her so uncomfortable and scared to fall back sleep. We never went back sleep. Nice hotel but AC needs to be replaced I did not like that housekeeping doesn’t come to service you. I was leaving my room for a couple of hours and requested for housekeeping to clean my room while I’m gone. I was advised that they can’t come into the room because of Covid. ok … I respect that , however I’m not in the room for hours so I don’t understand how Covid has to do with anything when your going to come into the room eventually after I check out. la Quinta needs to fix breakfast here. we were looking forward to past breakfast. toaster needs replacement. same old dr breakfast was a fail. aC in room not working had to move clean good location

it was an ok stay. I only wished someone should have check the AC and microwave in my room as I had requested but no one the bed in my room that needs to be replaced, the microwave and AC not working in the room. it was in great location and walking distance to the Mall and Target
