Fair Elevator was out of service all weekend. Our room was not cleaned anytime during our four day stay. The fitness room smelled horrible. Location and great parking area. Staff were friendly and breakfast had a good variety of offerings. Pool was inviting and clean.
Will not be back. I killed a bug in my room. The elevator did not work and there was a used rag on the shower rug. Location
The elevator was broken and we were put on the third floor. 70 year old carrying luggage up 3 fligh. The elevator was broken. We could not carry our luggage up three flights. We asked for our money back and had to find another hotel. No incentives were given for our inconvenience.
it was okay The elevator did not work majority of my stay. The breakfast was not so great and they serve the same thing everyday. The front desk staff tamika demeanor was unprofessional at times I like that it was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I like that they laundry facilities on the property
great until elevator broke. breakfast could of changed a bit like omelet vs scrambled vs pancakes Or etc elevator broke had to use stairs with 80 yr old parents who can barely walk and have COPD very hard with them and luggage convenient and close to NoVA University
no recomendado para nada el ascensor estuvo dañado por dos dias. estuvimos pido tres y tuvimos que cargar solos las maletas y paquetes hacia tercer piso y bajarlas. no hay personal que ayude. nada. estuvo sucio y no lo limpiaron pese a mi solicitud. tampoco limpiaron al día siguiente
Other than the housekeeping situation I was very pleased I was disappointed with the housekeeping situation which was nonexistent during our stay. As stated, the service was because of the covid pandemic. yet the self-serve breakfast was open. When I asked about a discount to be added to my bill for the housekeeping, I was informed that they were unable to provide that.
