Glad it's over, came down for a wedding stayed two nights and wont ever again. I was ok with construction being done, but not bright and early right outside our window at 8:30am on a Saturday. Our room also smelled like mildew and/or urine stained. The people above us were very loud and stomping hard both days we were there. Since the breakfast buffet was closed the grab and go bags were cool. The size of the room was good and the cleanliness of the restroom.
Very disappointing The hotel was undergoing renovations. We were told breakfast would be served starting at seven. When we went down to eat, we were given a paper bag that contained a frozen egg and cheese bagel, a blueberry muffin, a small yogurt, and a very small bottle of water. We had an 8am meeting, so didn't have time nor a place to cook our own breakfast. For the amount of money we paid, it should have been a lot better or at least discounted. Friendly staff but not proactive when needing to control noise and parking lot safety/security Not a relaxing stay. Construction/remodeling to the exterior during our stay. Parking was limited. Several smokers near the entrance, since designated area was relocated. Could not avoid people during Covid Social Distancing. Stayed during 4th of July weekend, children lighting fireworks in the parking lot, moved my car to a restaurant lot. Staff was friendly.
Fair There was a lot of construction, so the door that had to be used to go in and out stayed unlocked and a ton of people were around the door at all times. Doesn’t make it very safe. Rude front desk people without a mask also (blonde lady). Absolutely no customer service skills at all. I understand there not being any breakfast during Covid, but the rooms should be on a little discount considering that is part of the price. It was 4 mins away from my job, with lots of food in the same parking lots. The room was clean.
Bad My king bed that I booked was sold out when I got there. They gave me a key to a room that already had someone in it and I had to get a room with double beds which is not what I booked. I booked my room a week in advance and still did not get what I was supposed to get. I also did not sleep that night because it was me traveling with my sister and we had already walked into someone else room because they gave us keys to the wrong room so all night I thought someone was going to end up with keys to our room and walk into ... read more
Bad Rude service Nothing
Not worth the money! The hotel looked like it was refurbished and it should’ve been cheaper. There were children that ran the hallways all night and all that morning before we left.
