Clean carpets better in pet rooms, quit turning ac off when guest leave for a bit smelled like pee when ac turned off good location

I'd stay again People parking in fire lane. Could smell weed in elevator. Had to carry all my bags by hand. Only had two carts Staff is was friendly.
Lumpy mattress Mattress was horrible air conditioner wasn't great the refrigerator didn't keep things cold and the television didn't work on local channels Location and it was clean

It was the worst stay I have ever had with a hotel for a get away before traveling out of town I didn't like where I called before making reservations and asked is the pool open and I was told it was and once I arrived there was a sign on the window stating it was not open due to the hot tub not working. After arriving to the room checking in going to the room cleaning and making sure everything was working I cleaned the jacuzzi tub out and closing the stopper to fill the tub so I can relax I cut the water on and let it run ... read more

I booked room here because I was suppose to bring my lil shihtzu but changed my mind. I should have switched rooms it wa Dog smell, big barking dog next door to us the whole weekend barking we didn’t get any good rest!
