It was the friendly staff, atmosphere and a great location near the airport that made it worth staying again ! The room was a little dated then what we were used too. The staff went above and beyond. The shuttle service was very convenient and we appreciated all the rides to and from locations that were in a 2.5 mile radius . We was able to get dropped off at transit center and caught city bus to downtown San Antonio.

Not great but not awful. Some minor things didn't work and needed upkeep/repair. Wasn't provided wifi password. TVs and some electric didn't work. There were no spoons or stir sticks for the in room coffee maker. How am I supposed to stir my cream and sugar? Common areas were nice, but rooms were run down and smelled musty/bad. I like the free gated parking.
