Pleasant When I first checked in, the girl at the front desk looked like she was having a bad day. She provided me with my key to the room, I get to my room, and the room was already occupied, someone's stuff was in the room. I go back down to inform her, she never apologized until after she provided me with another key, and all she said was, "Sorry," as I walked away. I get to my room and I enter the restroom, and you could clearly see that there are pee stains on the toilet bowl. I was so exhausted that I cleaned it myself... read more
