Great staff, good location, good value-basic expectations we’re not met! The room in which I have stayed several times needs serious attention: the curtains are torn—really should be replaced! The handle to the shower is horrible-it has to be tightened to an excessive amount which makes it difficult to turn on (very, very difficult) and if not tightened to rigid there is a serious leak of water dripping excessively.
